The PSIA-AASI Western Region is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Ski and Snowboard School in Hastings, MN. You will lead frontline leads and instructors, coordinate lesson delivery, and help create exceptional guest experiences while upholding safety and service standards.

This winter seasonal role offers a starting wage of $27.00 to $32.14 USD per hour, with opportunities for staffing, training, scheduling, payroll support, and ongoing professional development within a collaborative resort

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in Snowsports, hospitality, recreation, or a related field.
• Experience leading teams and supporting daily operations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods.

The Assistant Manager, Ski and Snowboard School is responsible for creating a welcoming impression by leading the resort priorities and modeling our company’s values. This role supports daily operations by leading frontline leads and instructors, coordinating lesson delivery, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This role assists with staffing, training, scheduling, and operational execution while promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and service excellence.

Job Specifications

Starting Wage: $27.00/hr -$32.14 /hr

Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027

Shift Type: Full Time hours available

Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities

PSIA-AASI Certification And Resort Operations Experience Preferred.

The expected pay range is $27.00/hr -$32.14 /hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
