Job summary

Vail Resorts in Breckenridge, CO is hiring for winter seasonal roles, including Ski Patrol leadership positions and more, with competitive pay and extensive benefits. From day one, you’ll be part of a team that emphasizes safety, guest service, and culture.

You’ll coordinate patrollers, participate in training, and support mountain operations while growing through our Epic Service development experience. Starting wages range from $27.00 to $35.20 per hour, offered for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of patrol or similar experience.
• Must have EMT or OEC certification based on minimum resort requirements.
• Must be proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patrollers across the entire mountain in daily patrol operations.
• Hold patrollers accountable to the work assigned and to positive behaviors.
• Conduct timely performance evaluations and provide coaching/feedback.
