You will assist the property manager, oversee rentals and collections, and help maintain cleanliness and curb appeal while working independently in a retail-driven self-storage setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer-facing experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand, sit, crawl, bend, climb, or balance and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Weekend availability and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports the property's sales goals by promoting units and supplies, following up on leads, and garnering positive reviews.
• Guides customers through the rental process, including offering insurance and conducting site tours.
• Performs daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain curb appeal and overall property condition.
• Balances cash drawers, handles cash and payments, and conducts daily/monthly checklists and inspections.
• Delivers excellent customer service through multi-channel communication and manages complaints.
• Delivers bank deposits and mail daily and maintains inventory of supplies and equipment.
