• Ability to self-manage while working independently to meet objectives.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Show available units and guide customers through the leasing process.
• Meet retail sales and occupancy objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service across in person, phone and web inquiries.
• Manage, audit and balance cash drawer and petty cash.
• General office tasks such as filing and managing customer accounts.
• Maintain property to Clean & Operational standards.
