Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive sales, oversee daily store operations, and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll open/close the store, manage scheduling and payroll, and coach staff while delivering outstanding customer service and merchandizing excellence. You will leverage fashion knowledge and brand awareness to guide styling and product recommendations, while ensuring store processes run efficiently and assets are protected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and service mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach and develop others.

Responsabilidades

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom for seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reports to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and manage inventory controls.
• Operate register/POS systems and fulfill omni-channel orders.
• Represent the Abercrombie & Fitch brand and culture.
