You will analyze the business, drive sales, oversee opening/closing, and ensure top-tier customer service. You’ll lead recruiting, training, and engagement, mentor non-management staff, manage visual displays, and support omni-channel orders while upholding brand culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and knowledge of fashion trends.
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, coach, and build teams in a fast-paced store.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing routines and supervise store operations.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff and drive sales through product knowledge.
• Maintain visual displays and brand standards while analyzing reports.
• Protect store assets and manage omni-channel order fulfillment.
• Operate POS systems and represent the brand with company values.
