Palm Beach Tan - Vector Enterprises, LLC is seeking outgoing, energetic leaders to join our Management Team through a comprehensive MIT program. You will learn to run a busy salon, drive sales, and deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced skincare environment.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a competitive drive, and the flexibility to work nights and weekends as part of a full-time role with benefits including medical coverage and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Two or more years of management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One or more years of face-to-face sales experience.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights & weekends.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for 7+ hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Managing all day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention.
• Meeting team and individual sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Proactively building loyalty and long-term relationships with customers.
• Increasing customer traffic through local store marketing.
• Maintaining up-to-date client billing records, including tracking and reconciling delinquent accounts.
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing business.
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
