Rent-A-Center is hiring a Sales Assistant Manager to grow sales through rentals and new business while delivering superior customer service. You will handle store deliveries, pickups, and home installations, and maintain clean, inviting product displays to drive in-store experiences.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of retail or sales experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license; the role requires 18+ and strong communication skills for a white-glove service approach.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through completed rental agreements and new customer prospects.

• Handle deliveries, pickups and installation of products in-store and at customers’ homes.
