Rent-A-Center is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to drive sales growth through rental agreements and new customer acquisition. You will deliver top-notch customer experiences in-store and at customers’ homes, handle deliveries and installations, and keep the showroom clean and inviting.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail or customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to drive.
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift/move products such as furniture and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new customers.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences with a servant’s heart in-store and at customers’ homes.
• Handle deliveries & pickups, loading/unloading, and installation following procedures.
• Maintain an inviting, clean, and organized sales floor and showroom merchandising.
