Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring a Sales Assistant Manager in the United States to drive sales growth through rental agreements and new business while delivering exceptional customer service in-store and at customers’ homes.

You will lead with a white-glove approach, manage deliveries and pickups, and keep the showroom inviting through merchandising. A 1–3 year background in retail or sales, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new customers.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer service with a white-glove approach.
• Handle deliveries & pickups, loading/unloading and installation of products.
• Maintain an inviting store through merchandising and cleanliness.
