Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring a Sales Assistant Manager to boost sales through rental agreements and by developing new customers. You will deliver exceptional service with a white-glove approach, both in-store and at customer homes, and coordinate deliveries and pickups with careful loading and unloading of products.

The role emphasizes customer-focused merchandising, strong communication skills, and a willingness to advance within a well-established team.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid state driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move product (furniture/electronics/appliances).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through rental agreements and prospecting new customers.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a "white glove" service mindset.
• Handle deliveries and pickups with safe loading/unloading and proper handling.
• Maintain an inviting, clean store with organized product displays and perfomance in mind.
