Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring a Sales Assistant Manager in South Carolina. This full-time role offers a starting hourly rate of 15.30–18.00 USD, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will drive sales through rental agreements, deliver white-glove service, and manage in-home product installations. Qualified candidates have 1–3 years in retail/sales, a high school diploma, a valid license, and the ability to lift heavy items.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail or sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver6s license.
• Ability to lift and move furniture/electronics/appliances.

Responsibilities

• Sell and grow rentals through new and existing customers.
