Job summary

Rent-A-Center in New Castle, PA, is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to grow sales through rental agreements and new customer acquisition. You will deliver friendly, white-glove service in stores and at customer homes, while handling deliveries, pickups, and merchandising to maintain an inviting storefront.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail or customer service, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license. Full-time with weekly pay and benefits are offered.
