As Assistant Planner you will partner with merchandising, sales, and logistics to deliver timely stock insights for launches, events, and store priorities, supporting strong in-store performance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of planning, inventory management, or similar analytical roles.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, logical formulas).
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Review in-stock positions and manage allocations to maintain healthy inventory.
• Assist forecasting and adjust receipts and stock based on trends.
• Produce weekly vendor fill-rate and lead time reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely launches and inventory availability.
• Maintain PO tracking logs and ensure data accuracy across systems.
