Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a VM Operations Coordinator in New York to support the VM Manager and AVP across the regional visual merchandising calendar. You’ll translate global standards into North America, handle budgets, planograms, POs, and vendor coordination, and ensure on-brand execution at stores.

You’ll build partnerships with sales, agencies, manufacturers and retailers while maintaining high visual standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related visual experience wholesale and retail (beauty a plus)
• Organized self-starter with ability to work in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent time and project management skills with a proactive, results-driven attitude
• Strong attention to detail to produce accurate and high-quality work
• Effective communication with strong interpersonal skills
• Interest in cosmetics, fashion, retail and product
• Creative mind that can deliver commercially and accurately
• Able to work autonomously, but also thrives in a team
• Resourceful and creative problem solver
• Proficient in Mac OS and Microsoft Office; familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud

Responsibilities

• Support the VM manager on implementing Global Charlotte Tilbury strategy across North America
• New launches and in-store execution delivered on time, in budget and to brand standard
• Develop relationships with internal teams, regional managers, retailers and suppliers
• Update and maintain accurate planograms and guidelines per campaign with VM manager
• Manage multiple projects and ensure on-time delivery to stores
• Adapt global lightbox artwork for North American retailers
• Create presentation and design proposals with VM and SD teams
• Raise POs and control expenditure per project
• Manage databases and distribution lists for campaign launches
• Oversee post-installation checks and maintenance via Service Channel
• Listen to local consumers to inspire the beauty industry
• Attend regular cross-functional meetings
