Responsibilities

• Serve as acting supervisor in the Store Manager's absence.
• Coordinate personnel recruitment, training and evaluation.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics and expenses for profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Maintain customer service quality per manuals and policies.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise; uphold policies and procedures.
