GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager at our Shelbyville, MI store to lead daily operations and drive stellar customer service. You’ll support the Store Manager, run cash registers, and guide a high-performing team across shifts while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked store environment.

The role emphasizes weekend/holiday availability, upselling promotions, and creating schedules that ensure full coverage. Growth into store leadership is encouraged.

Qualificações

• Open availability to work weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts.
• Demonstrated customer service excellence and ability to lead a team.
• Proficiency in English with basic math skills.
• Minimum age 18+.
• Willing to learn and adapt.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers quickly and accurately.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Act as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and store deposits.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team.
