Job summary

Banana Republic is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations and coach a high-performing team. You will drive profitable sales growth through customer-centric service, merchandising, and talent development to deliver a best-in-class experience for every guest.

Working with the General Manager, you will implement strategies, mentor Leads and Brand Associates, ensure compliance with standards, and promote omni-channel excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales through a customer-centric approach.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility.
• Implement action plans to maximize productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties.
• Ensure consistent execution of SOPs.
• Represent the brand and understand the retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.
