Job summary

Banana Republic is hiring an Assistant Manager to set the tone in-store and lead a high-performing team. You will drive profitable sales through customer-focused operations, merchandising and talent development, collaborating with leadership to execute store strategy and achieve goals.

You will coach Leads, Experts and Brand Associates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience while promoting brand standards, compliance, and community involvement.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Strong communication with customers and team.
• Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Metrics-driven to meet business goals.
• Lead and inspire through coaching and mentoring.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Able to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and profitability with a customer-centric mindset.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
