GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for our busy Ladson, SC convenience store. You will support daily operations, manage cash handling, and help lead a customer‑focused team across multiple shifts.

The role requires open availability, including weekends and holidays, and you’ll help train staff and maintain store standards. A Food Safety Certification is required or obtainable during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and a great attitude.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on customer service and store success.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
