You will oversee front-line operations, assist customers, and support the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily performance. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced retail, enjoy coaching teams, and are comfortable with cash handling, scheduling, and inventory

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience and reliability.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and specific shifts.
• Strong basic math and communication skills.
• Experience with cash handling and daily deposits.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Assist in hiring, training, and leading a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and store merchandising to stay stocked.
