LOFT in Omaha, NE is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. This leadership role is an opportunity to nurture relationships with customers and the team.

As a store leader, you will model the brand’s behaviors on the sales floor, coach associates, and recruit and develop talent while using technology to provide a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. You’ll drive operational excellence and financial discipline.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a customer-focused environment that consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences.
• Act as a leader on the sales floor and model the brand’s behaviors to engage and assist customers.
• Inspire, educate, and coach associates to leverage the brand’s behaviors to create genuine customer connections.
• Create an inclusive store environment for associates where everyone feels welcome and engaged.
• Use technology to provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
• Support the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and developing talent.
• Use tools and reporting to drive operational excellence and financial discipline.
• Build productive relationships by listening, sharing ideas, and supporting the team.
