Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking an Assistant Manager at Cadia Crossing to support residents and oversee operations on-site. You will maintain accurate financial records, assist the Leasing team, and help deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced apartment community.

The role requires an entrepreneurial, detail-oriented mindset, office presence, and flexibility for events. RealPage/Knock/Onesite experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Office and resident file management with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in handling monetary deposits and entry into systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the office and resident files with integrity in a confidential and secure manner.
• Safeguarding and depositing all monies received on the property into the operations system promptly.
• Promptly addressing resident comments and/or complaints.
• Taking on leasing responsibilities including leasing apartments when needed.
• Inspecting makes ready apartments prior to move in.
• Ensuring team members are friendly, open and available to residents and coworkers.
• Filling in for the Business Manager during absences as needed.
• Managing rental collections and deposits, and notifying when liabilities arise.
