Job summary

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for Capital Crossing, a 240-unit community in Austin, TX, to support the Community Manager in daily operations and guest relations.

The role requires 1–2 years of property management experience, familiarity with Section 8/42 or market rate, and Yardi proficiency; evenings and weekends work may be required; we offer competitive pay, bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years property management experience preferred.
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on‑call as scheduled by management
