Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for Highland Hills, a 250-unit apartment community in Dallas, TX. You will support the Community Manager with daily property operations and resident relations.

We are looking for 1–2 years of property management experience, with Section 8/Section 42 or Market Rate experience preferred, and the ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed. Dominium offers competitive pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years previous property management experience preferred
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
