Job summary

Leslie’s is hiring an Assistant Manager to support store performance by upholding customer service standards, executing sales plans, and maintaining profitability. You will train and develop staff while leading by example to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

Responsibilities include daily operations, water analysis and repairs, safety adherence, merchandising, inventory control, and opening/closing duties. Competitive hourly pay and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or retail experience.
• Experience managing/leading a team.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers.
• Ability to complete required training within two months of hire.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager on store operations, sales plans, and expenses.
• Conduct water analysis and mechanical repairs.
• Increase commercial and residential sales and customer counts.
• Ensure that the team follows safety protocols.
• Identify new talent to join the team and maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
• Open and close the store and manage daily bank deposits.
