Job summary

Leslie's pool supplies is seeking an Assistant Manager (AM) to support store performance, meet customer service standards, and execute merchandising objectives. You will train and develop the team while leading by example, with pay between $15.00 and $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the General Manager on store operations, conducting water analysis and repairs, increasing sales, and ensuring safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, or currently attending High School.
• A valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• 1 year of customer service experience or retail experience.
• Experience managing/leading a team.
• Ability to complete required training within two months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to learn store operations, sales plans, profit margins, payroll and expenses.
• Conduct water analysis and mechanical repairs
• Increase commercial and residential sales and customer counts
• Ensure team safety protocols are followed
• Identify new talent to join the team
• Maintain a welcoming store environment
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control
• Open and close store responsibilities including daily bank deposit
