Qualifications

• Must have leadership or management experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service environments.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations and uphold food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Assist in recruiting, training, coaching, and developing team members and shift leaders.
• Create schedules and ensure proper staffing levels to meet business needs.
• Lead by example and uphold company values, policies, and procedures.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promote hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor performance and assist with action plans to achieve operational goals.
• Assist with cash handling procedures, deposits, inventory controls, and labor management.
