Job summary

Little Caesars in Waianae, HI seeks an Assistant Manager to lead the Pizza Dream Team, support the General Manager, and drive daily operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include team leadership, scheduling, cash handling, inventory management, and ensuring food safety standards. Growth opportunities exist within our expanding Hawaii operations, with comprehensive training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• TB clearance required with timing per policy.
• 1–3 years of leadership or management experience in restaurant/retail.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication & organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory management & cash handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, training, coaching and developing team members and shift leaders.
• Provide leadership and support to employees while fostering a positive work environment.
• Help create schedules and ensure proper staffing levels.
• Lead by example and uphold company policies.
• Ensure guest experiences are outstanding and issues resolved promptly.
• Support daily restaurant operations and food safety compliance.
• Monitor performance and assist with action plans to achieve goals.
• Maintain store appearance and company standards.
• Assist with cash handling, deposits, inventory controls and labor management.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage receiving and storage.
• Minimize waste and ensure quality standards.
• Address operational challenges and implement solutions with GM guidance.
