Emporium Pies is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily shop operations and support the Shop Manager in achieving goals. You will coach staff, uphold hospitality standards, and ensure smooth service across shifts in a fast-paced cafe environment.

The role emphasizes guest experience, team development, and compliance with food safety standards, with opportunities to contribute to marketing and local initiatives.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
• Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
• Sound judgment during busy operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and own assigned responsibilities.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to work at least three shifts per week, including weekends/holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily shop operations as MOD.
• Coach and support shift leads and team.
• Maintain hospitality culture and guest focus.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and labor management.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and standards.
• Complete opening/closing, cash handling, and admin tasks.
• Support marketing initiatives.
