Job summary

The RealReal is seeking an Assistant Production Manager, Photography to oversee the day-to-day operations of the photo studio, consignor and customer experience, and to lead a production-driven team in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage and develop a high-performing team, track productivity, coordinate payroll and schedules, and facilitate weekly trainings and meetings to maintain a positive culture while ensuring quality and efficiency across photography operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing a team of diverse employees, preferably a non-exempt workforce.
• A proven track record for managing and developing a high performing team in a metrics-based environment.
• Excellent business judgment, fact-based decision-making, and problem solving skills.
• Drive to achieve results both individually and as a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor communication style to suit the target audience; executive presence.
• Adaptability and openness to change.
• A growth mindset with a solutions focus.

As an Assistant Production Manager, Photography, you will play a part in driving business operations forward by overseeing the development and productivity of the Photography team. The expected salary range for this role is $59,608.80-$80,912.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
