Job summary

Indeed is seeking an Assistant Payroll Manager to support our US payroll operations in Atlanta, working closely with the Senior Payroll Manager. You will help ensure timely, accurate payroll processing and compliance for US employees.

You will partner with HR, respond to payroll inquiries, and contribute to process improvements and system updates while coordinating with vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related payroll experience, or 5+ years with a Bachelor's, or 3 years and a Master’s, or a PhD without experience.
• Payroll experience is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.

We are seeking an Assistant Payroll Manager to support our US payroll operations. You'll work closely with the Payroll Manager, contributing to the smooth and accurate processing of payroll for our US employees. This role is ideal for someone with a proven payroll background who is ready to take on more responsibility and contribute to a dynamic team. This role reports to the Senior Payroll Manager (US).

Responsibilities

Salary Range Transparency

Tier 3 - United States of America 90,000 - 136,000 USD per year
