Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School/GED preferred for entry-level management.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Food handling certification or local required certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager to ensure targets are met.
• Supports GM decisions in communication with staff across departments.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Assists in preparing administrative and special reports for the GM.
• Maintains safety, cleanliness and guest service standards theater-wide.
