Quality Brand Group LLC, a franchisee of Dunkin’, is seeking an Assistant Manager in Southlake, TX. This role leads shifts, supports the Restaurant Manager, and develops a high-performing team to deliver great guest experiences.

You’ll help with ordering, scheduling, training, and ensuring compliance with brand standards. A pathway to Store Manager is available based on performance and commitment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills required.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Guest focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs.
• Passion for results – set targets and deliver on commitments.
• Problem solving and decision making under pressure.
• Building effective teams by placing the right people.
• Ability to learn and operate standard restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist, supervise and coach team members during shifts.
• Support planning, direction and control of store operations.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and brand standards.
• Help manage inventory, labor and costs within shift.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring and performance feedback.
• Attend meetings with store leadership when directed by Manager.
