Job summary

Kirkwood Mountain Resort is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee Transportation and Parking operations, ensuring efficient service while managing labor and expenses. You will coordinate base experience with traffic control, parking, and fleet health, working with other departments to maintain vehicles and clear pathways.

The role demands strong leadership, CDL license with Passenger endorsement, and a proactive approach to guest service. Seasonal schedule with housing options may be available.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a current CDL license with Passenger endorsement.
  • Previous leadership experience.
  • Exemplary guest service and communication skills.
  • Able and willing to work a flexible schedule, as needed.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and statistics.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise team of leads and line-level employees to fulfill duties and provide guidance.
  • Maintain transportation and parking operations.
  • Manage driver and parking attendant schedules and training.
  • Manage Driver Qualification Files and Records.
  • Oversee DOT Drug Testing program per FMCSA/DOT standards.
  • Meet with guests and employees to address complaints and incidents.
  • Attend resort-wide meetings to support business goals.
  • Excel in duties of drivers/dispatchers as needed.
  • Maintain administrative records and perform data analysis.

Job Summary

This position oversees all operational aspects of the Transportation and Parking departments.This roleensures parkingand transportation operations operate in an efficient manner, while managing department labor and other expenses.

The Assistant Manager orchestrates the base experience with traffic control, parking operations, transportationoperation, health and safety, all while providing the experience of a lifetime to our guests This role works closely withother departments to maintain fleet vehicles, operate equipment, and clear snow and debris from roadways, pathways,stairwells, etc.

  • Starting Wage:$26.60/Hr -$38.00/Hr

Job Responsibilities

The expected pay range is$26.60/Hr -$38.00/Hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
