Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an Assistant Manager - Stewarding to support the Stewarding Manager in delivering clean, safe and well-organized back-of-house operations across kitchens, outlets and banquets. You will help maintain Hyatt brand standards and ensure the efficient, cost-conscious running of the department in a busy hotel environment.

• Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager in F&B service, kitchen or stewarding, or as Team Leader in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.

• Assist Stewarding Manager to run the Stewarding Department efficiently.
• Ensure back-of-house is organized and clean; provide kitchens, outlets and banquets with clean operating equipment.

The Assistant Manager - Stewarding is responsible to assist the Stewarding Manager in managing the Stewarding Department as an efficient, and productive cost centre, by maintaining an organized and clean back-of-house area in Food and Beverage and by providing all kitchens, outlets and banquets with clean operating equipment, based on expected business levels.
