Job summary

Pizza Hut seeks an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in leading daily operations, coaching shift leaders and team members, and upholding Pizza Hut standards. You will drive a culture of service excellence, oversee hiring, training, and performance, and ensure compliance with safety and brand guidelines.

The ARGM will manage performance, develop a team, and execute training materials while maintaining a clean, efficient restaurant environment

Responsibilities

• Assist RGM with hiring, training, and building a bench of key holding managers.

• Develop a store team with high customer satisfaction results.
• Lead the store calendar and communicate company initiatives clearly.
