White House Black Market in Alexandria, VA, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager with team leadership and creating a welcoming shopping environment. You will drive customer-centric experiences and foster strong staff relationships.

Responsibilities include coaching associates, managing daily operations, inventory and replenishment, and participating in community events. This role offers growth across our brand with flexible scheduling.

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
