White House Black Market (WHBM) is seeking an Assistant Manager at Tyson's Corner Center. You will support the Store Manager, lead the team, and ensure a welcoming customer experience in a fashion-forward environment.

The role requires 3 years of retail management experience preferred, strong communication, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities include driving sales, building community connections, and maintaining store standards.
