Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a Community Assistant Manager in Nashville, TN. The role balances leasing, resident retention, marketing the community and handling administrative and financial responsibilities for the property.

You will absorb knowledge across all aspects of property management and may serve as the on-site leader when the Property Manager is absent. A proactive, organized, team-player mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Hold or be working to attain CAM or APM designation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred.
• At least 1 year experience as Leasing Consultant or Assistant Community Manager.

Responsibilities

• Balance leasing, resident retention, marketing the community and handling administrative/financial duties.
• Serve as community lead in absence of Property Manager.
• Collaborate with team to exceed resident expectations.

Your Role as a Client Services Manager:

Your practical and compassionate nature is critical to effectively balance between leasing apartments, managing resident retention, marketing the community, and handling administrative and financial responsibilities for your community.

As a client services manager, you are required to assume greater responsibilities upon absorbing and applying knowledge of all aspects of property management. Maturity and good judgment is a necessity…you serve as the individual responsible for the community in the absence of the Property Manager.

Qualifications:
