Role & Responsibilities
International sales and marketing in a specified geographic and industry segment.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of flexible films, their applications, and technical expertise to meet customer needs.
Market Strategy and Expansion
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to penetrate and expand our presence in global markets.
- Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and emerging segments to position the company strategically.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape.
- Gather market intelligence to inform decision-making and strategy adaptation.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including distributors and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and align offerings to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify potential partners, distributors, and collaborators in the European region to expand market reach.
- Negotiate and establish mutually beneficial partnerships to drive revenue growth.
Sales and Revenue Generation
- Lead sales initiatives by developing and executing strategies, including pricing, negotiation, and contracts.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Establish and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets.
- Prepare annual sales forecasts.
- Leverage sales experience to build relationships with new and existing customers.
- Use insights and data-driven decisions to optimize sales efforts.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate in Chemical, Mechanical, or Polymer Engineering, Packaging Technology, or related fields. An MBA in Marketing or International Business from a reputable university is preferred. Candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or similar are also highly valued.
