LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager to strengthen the customer experience and store culture at our Johnson Creek location. You will lead the sales floor, model brand behaviors, coach associates, and help recruit and develop talent to deliver exceptional experiences.

This role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and tech-savvy operations to ensure seamless omnichannel service and strong store performance.

As Assistant Manager, you support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. Your role as a store leader is an opportunity to nurture relationships with both customers and associates.
