LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager in South Windsor, CT to support a high-standard customer experience and store culture. You will lead on the sales floor, coach associates, and help recruit and develop talent while ensuring seamless omnichannel service.

The role requires 1+ year of retail management experience, hospitality mindset, and strong business acumen. A tech-savvy approach with POS proficiency will help you drive results.
