Job summary

LOFT in Wisconsin is seeking an Assistant Manager to support customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates.

You will lead on the sales floor, model LOFT’s brand behaviors, educate and coach teammates to create genuine customer connections across channels. You’ll build an inclusive environment, use technology for seamless omnichannel shopping, assist the Store Manager with recruiting and development, and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
