LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store 0949—Mall Of America, Bloomington, MN. You will support the customer experience, lead on the sales floor, and nurture relationships with customers and associates to build a strong store culture.

The role requires hospitality, team leadership, and comfort with POS systems. You will help recruit and coach staff, implement action plans to drive results, and ensure an exceptional omnichannel customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience preferred.
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and colleagues.
