LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager in Appleton, WI to support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. This role offers opportunities to lead on the sales floor, inspire teams, and ensure a seamless omnichannel experience.

You will partner with the Store Manager on recruiting, coaching, and developing talent, while driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional results in a vibrant, fashion-forward environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
