Job summary

Chicken & Grill pubs, part of the McMullen’s family, are seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a busy team and uphold our high service standards.

You’ll be trained and coached through the McMullen GROW Programme, with shift flexibility and generous staff discounts, while playing a key role in delivering memorable dining experiences.

Previous management experience is essential; we offer great career development and a supportive, family-like culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience at Assistant Manager level is essential.
• Experience in delivering high-quality guest service and team leadership.
• Familiar with cash and stock control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Exceeding guest expectations daily.
• Leading the team to deliver outstanding guest service.
• Coach and guide new Team Members.
• All aspects of cash and stock control.
• Management duties including bookings/functions, rota planning, cellar management, and deputising in the Managers absence.
