Job summary

McAlister's is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a welcoming, profitable restaurant with a focus on guest satisfaction and strong team performance. You will partner with the Restaurant Manager to supervise operations, control costs, and promote a positive dining experience.

The role requires at least 1 year in casual dining, a high school diploma or GED, and a ServSafe preference or ability to obtain certification. Flexible availability and a neat appearance are essential.

Qualifications

As an Assistant Manager, youll partner with the Restaurant Manager to run a profitable, well-operated restaurant. Youll help control costs, build sales, and maximize profits while ensuring great customer service, strong team performance, and a professional restaurant environment.

What Youll Bring (Requirements):

• A minimum of 1 years experience in the Casual Restaurant industry is required.
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• Servsafe License preferred, or able to obtain a State-approved license – must be maintained per State Mandates.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership, developing goals and action plans for personal/professional growth.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance and follow uniform standards.
• Remain calm in a fast-paced atmosphere and demonstrate a high level of organization, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
