Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in North Las Vegas, NV. You will help manage a Panda Express store, hire and lead associates, and drive guest satisfaction and financial goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct store associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
• Participate in 3+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
