Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group in Las Vegas is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. Panda is committed to the professional and personal development of our associates, offering paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from a caring Panda community.

As an Assistant Manager you will assist the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates to reach financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.

Responsibilities

Assist daily store operations and guest service.
Hire, supervise and coach associates to meet financial goals.
Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
Participate in a 3+ weeks leadership training program.
